Description
This band was an originals band that Benjamin E. Rios was featured in as the lead guitarist. He was approached by two of the members of Smokehouse in April of 2001 and was asked to co-write these songs as the lead structure was missing from them. One of the songs was written by Jerry Corbetta of Sugarloaf. Benjamin spoke with Corbetta and asked for his blessing.
After one rehearsal, Benjamin quickly found the flavor the songs were dying for, to make the songs memorable. They toured the Detroit area in many of the hard rock venues during the summer of 2001, showing the new kids in the area how the "big boys do it" and "where it all begins"! The styles depicted in this Cd are that of a southern classic rock vein. A real Marshall and Les Paul sounding CD!
The band is No More, as Benjamin left for creative differences. The bass player soon left a couple weeks later. Many of the fans that come to see Benjamin now, have seen Smokehouse perform. The memorable thing that pops in to mind from the fans is: "That was kick ass Lead Guitar playing Man"!!!.....
So based on that type of response he has decided to make the Cd available for all to enjoy.
Peace
