Cuando nio David cantaba las canciones de los discos de Journey, Boston y Chicago. Su comienzo fue a temprana edad estando aun en la preparatoria. En donde su pasin por la msica en espaol surgi escuchando a su papa cantar canciones de Jos Alfredo Jimnez, Jos Jos, Luis Miguel y Juan Gabriel.
Como cantautor de casi todas sus canciones en su Nueva produccin "Solo Para Ti" David siente que expresa todo lo que representa lo mas importante en su vida; el poder del amor. "Yo quise presentarme como un cantante de pasin, baile y amor," dice David.
"Solo Para Ti" fue un esfuerzo en conjunto de David Lee Lopez, Mykiel Vasquez y Tan Truong, quienes comenzaron produccin en el verano del '99. La primera cancin grabada fue "Con Fuego". Esta produccin fue el principio un gran reto para todas las personas que forman parte de esta. Pero al ver cada cancin escrita y grabada el sentimiento fue creciendo y las emociones fueron aumentando gracias a esta gran experiencia.
La visin de David fue el expresar a todos el gran poder que tiene la msica Latina. David aprendi a aplicar sus propias experiencias de vida y amor para crear muchas de sus canciones. Con esto David espera poder alcanzar todas las generaciones; de nios a adultos y unirlos por la sencillez de la msica latina.
Quisiera con este disco poder llevar a adultos gratos recuerdos de la niez; y a jvenes quisiera llevarles esperanza para el futuro.
David dedica este disco a Dios, su familia y a todos sus amigos; ya que sin ellos este proyecto nunca se hubiese hecho realidad.

Biography
With family roots in Barcelona Spain, David grew with a love for music.
His love for music began at a very young age, when he heard Tina Turner sing Proud Mary on the radio.
As a youngster David remembers singing with his records of Journey, Boston and Chicago. He began to sing when he was in Junior High and has continued to the present.
David has always had a great love for Spanish music, from remembering his father singing along to the greats like Jose Alfredo Jimenez, Jose Jose, Luis Miguel and Juan Gabriel. His deep passion for music is only rivaled by his passion toward love.
As the lyricist to most of the song on his debut album "Solo Para Ti" David felt it was best to express the one thing, which means so much to him and that is the power to love. "I wanted to introduce myself as a singer of passion, dance and love," says David.
Upon writing the lyrics for the track Solo Para Ti David was inspired and found he had a great passion for writing. The album at first was a huge challenge for all involved but as each song was written and recorded the feel and love for this music made the journey such an awesome and inspiring experience.
David's main vision for this album was to express to the world the great power, passion, and love found in Latin music. He learned to use true love experiences in forming his lyrics to bring his music to life. With this album David's hope is to be able to touch all generations from young to old and bring them together in this wonderful experience called Latin music. "I want to touch as many people as possible and hopefully cause them to remember, if old a great time in their youth, or if young a hopeful time for the future."
David wishes to dedicate this album to God, family, and friends for without them none of this would have ever been possible.
