Description
Bringing a lifetime of songwriting and live playing to this project, Gary Frisbie creates a world of excitement and possibilities for young people and adults alike.
The mission is to offer thought-provoking lyrics and laughter in music that both kids and adults can enjoy. Gary sings and plays guitar, bass, keyboards and clarinet on this album. He wrote, performed, recorded and mixed the entire album, making a blend of unique reflections designed to delight children.
Years of substitute-teaching helped give insight to the songs--Gary has a Bachelor of Science Degree in English and taught all grades from kindergarten through high school. And thirty years of playing live music in bands ranging from rock & roll to swing music inform the variety of tunes.
Both imaginative and contemplative at times, these songs are meant to give encouragement and support to children; to help them enjoy the magic time of being young and to reflect back on it as they grow older.
