Description
joe Jewell has been performing on the hammered dulcimer for over 20 years, and has been playing at the Ozark Folk Center for 15 years. This album is a collection of tunes found in the Ozarks and Appalachia that were part of a fiddler's reperatoire before WW11 There are some peppy waltzs and 2-steps, but most of the album is good hoe-down music to tap your feet to or just get up and dance.
