Gone Off Pop
Kelly's Heels
Melodic, retro-gorgeous, British-invasion style, guitar pop, with the intensity of punk to cut the sweetness on rock numbers, and poignant vocals on ballads.

Description
Londoner Bob Kelly formed his first band with classmates at school in England at the age of 9. His first band The Ashes gigged regularly around London playing a fast-and-furious brand of post-punk power pop. Following a band name change to Kelly's Heels, the first album Gone off Pop!?!, was released, followed by Blunt Cut.
Bob met Jim Kimberley during the recording of Gone Off Pop!?! His ability to match and, in some cases, challenge, on drums the relentless pace set by Bob on guitar, has led to a positive creative partnership, and two more albums: Bent Over Backwards and Three Chord Brag, plus the Australian Pop Boomerang label compilation, Dig In!.
The addition of the beautiful Isobel Morris on bass completes the live line-up. The band continue to gig regularly both in the UK and the US, and are mixing a new album for release 2006. Check out the band's myspace page at www.myspace.com/kellysheels.
