Welcome to Porch Light--Welcome Home.
Porch Light conveys the emotional nuances of familiar and original songs with a straighforward no-frills integrity.
We're a spirited group that applies an acoustic sound to a variety of traditional hymns, spiritual songs and verse, along with a fresh collection of original tunes.
Porch Light has released two self-produced albums, Prodigal Feet (2002) and Running From Gomorrah (2004), and has played all over the Land of 10,000 Lakes from coffee shops to the Minnesota State Fair.
We're all prodigal sons and daughters, and our Father is waiting for us, watching, and leaving the Porch Light on.
So c'mon home, y'all who are weary.
