Scotch Tape Lies
Jon Rajewski
Great guitar chops, a smooth voice, and flowing melodies with pop sensibilities. Jon is a far cry better then most singer/songwriters twice his age.

Description
Singer/Songwriter Jon Rajewski is an eighteen-year-old Michigan native. Accompanied by his acoustic guitar, he combines his ability to compose simple yet melodic riffs with flowing lyrics creating a unique blend of folk, rock, and jazz capturing fans with soothing vocals and a sound that is mature beyond his years. Rajewski, while maintaining his unique flavor, has been compared to artist such as Dave Matthews, Matt Nathanson, Guster, and Jason Mraz.
Rajewski's debut CD release Scotch Tape Lies is a mix of great guitar chops and thoughtful lyrics that many listeners can relate to. Recorded throughout the summer of 2004, Rajewski hammered out melodies that include prevalent djembe, saxophone, piano, and violin, helping to meld Scotch Tape Lies into a catchy, toe-tapping album that one soon finds himself singing along to.
Rajewski, still in high school, tours around Michigan in support of his new CD Scotch Tape Lies. Frequently joined by his djembe playing friend Ankit Mehta, Jon continuously entertains audiences statewide. Jon's love for music and talented guitar playing are beginning to illustrate that his music is a rare treasure that will resonate for years to come.
