Description
Heloise Love was born to a Parisiene mother and a father with Welsh and Scottish heritage. She grew up in a household full of music lovers whose tastes ranged from bagpipes to Herb Alpert and the Tiajuana Brass.
Now a vocalist and guitar player specializing in haunting Celtic balads and lively folk music, Heloise has performed at festivals,concert venues,dinner houses,and pubs in Southern California. She has shared a stage with Alasdair Fraser, Men of Worth, Wicked Tinkers, and many more well known artists in the Celtic music genre. She is a featured performer on three CDs and has just come out with her first solo CD, 'Song for the Mira'. Visit the web home of Heloise and Mira Music at www.heloiselove.com. On this latest project she has teamed up with one of Southern California's best fiddlers, Maury Richmond, and two of San Diego's best musicians, Randy Sterling and David Morgan.
Maury Richmond, a fiddle player on several recordings and also a frequent performer at music festivals all over California and Europe, is featured on this CD.
Randy Sterling is an accomplished studio musician, sound engineer, and Neil Diamond's former bass player. Randy and David are founders of the popular groups, Raw Courage and Spare change.
Heloise Love is also a band member and a founder of one of the most popular Celtic bands in Southern California, Highland Way. Enjoy Listening to her beautiful and unique singing style.
