Description
"The Ramones meet The Stones in a drunken barroom brawl with Motorhead!"
BULLCOCK play Detroit rock n' roll from the swamps of Jersey.
New to the 'Cock? BULLCOCK was formed in Detroit Michigan in 2002. Due to fine print in their soul-selling contract, founding members Chopper & RB Suave were forced to move to the swamps of New Jersey in 2004.
What does BULLCOCK sound like?
Hell . . . it's all about Detroit Rock 'N Roll.
Whadda they mean by "Detroit ?"
MC5, Iggy & the Stooges, Cooper - - dirty, sludgy songs about livin' and lovin' in the world's most famous industrial town.
Whadda they mean by "Rock 'N Roll?"
All of the above, plus Chuck Berry & The Stones to '77 Punk, Motorhead & The Ramones to pre-rehab Aerosmith, the Replacements & Nashville Pussy.
So . . . strap in, or strap it on, if you prefer, and get ready for the ride. Ramones meet the Stones in a drunken, barroom brawl with Motorhead.
BULLCOCK was formed in Detroit Michigan in April 2002 by Kevin Chopper Peshkopia and Ross RB Suave Barkey. Both had been members of the Immortal Winos of Soul.
The Winos burned up Detroit s club circuit from 1997 2001, managed by original Romantics bassist Rich Cole and supplemented with occasional sub-drummer Dennis Thompson of MC5 fame.
BULLCOCK was formed when the Winos ended their run in December 2001.
BULLCOCK made a massive splash in their first few shows with their tight, ROCK N ROLL EXTRAVAGANZAS (FEATURING AN 8-FOOT TALL SATANIC RB SUAVE ON BASS).
With a fistful of soon-to-be-classic songs like
"I Think That Stripper Really Likes Me" and "Hog Nuts", they headed into Woodshed Recording Studio to cut tracks with Tim Pak (Angry Red Planet, Touch & Go) manning the controls.
After months of searching, Manhattan run-ins with Kiefer Sutherland, Sebastian Bach and multiple auditions with "drummers" who should have been born thalidomide babies, BULLCOCK secured skin-pounder IKE on drums.
With IKE onboard, BULLCOCK ventured into PEARL SOUND in Jersey City, New Jersey to record their debut release, HOG NUTS.
