Description
Denver hip hop has been way under the radar for way too long. And so has its most creative and industrious practitioner D.O. the Fabulous Drifter.
He landed in the Mile High from Trenton, N.J. and built an intelligent, forceful style, brick by brick. He built and toured with an acclaimed Denver crew: the Ground Zero Movement. He released a terrific solo debut: GunsThe New Watermelon. He built a sound and a scene that he still stubbornly nurtures despite the big contract that hasnt come. Hes self-licensed, self-produced, self-managed, self-distributed, and self-made. Hes a rappers rapper whose craftsmanship and honesty are overdue in a genre bloated with phony, dead-end gangsta dreams and tired flossing.
Meet the man.

The heart of Mile High hip hop is beating loud enough for everyone to hear.
