DOLLA $IGN GOLD
One of the newest sounds in the south, straight out of that Centex, 2 fifty 4 area code. Tryin 2 put it down for the 254 underground & get these invisible cities on the map. Game originated in 94-95 yr but didnt come out with my first album till 99. SHO ME THE MONEY. Small city Temple Texas, sold a hot 800 copies in 23 days, made a lil change and got a big buzz. My name got hot for a minute, but some boys didnt like that, so they got them laws on me, so I jus bended some corners and moved around. Ending up selling about 600 more copies before I jus lost interest in selling that album. I was ready to move on to the next and see what it really dew. Now peep game Ive always been a one man band, promoting, recording, mix down, an thang I could do I did it. Thanks to (the Inexplicable genius) (/)oni Johnson of thegrindlab.com providing me with what I needed to get started in this rap game mayne. Started out with a group called the Swangas, consisting of mainly family members, but soon spread apart. The ones who stuck closes to me still work with the music. LIL TAZ, A.T. SWANGA, some went their own way and we met back up, POONEY SWANG, BIG ROB. Now reunited, and our game stronger than ever we feel like its time to get our hustle up rite. I dropped my second album Wreck Hard, in 2001 that would be my best selling album thus far, 5000 units sold, now remember this is all street sales. So yeah I have no proof, but really I aint worried bout it. In 2004 I released Country Rap Tunes, to me, this was my best album I had problems getting this album pressed up so by the time I got fed up with trying to get er done I had sold 1300 copies and called it a day. I had been jus playing with it trying to get my feet wet, but now I believe Im in the deep end with my scuba gear on ready to go as far as I can go with this new album STREET GRIND, Im making my presence known, check me out and holla back, let me know what it dew.
Grind off, D.S.G. DIRTY SOUF GUVNA
