I never use my bathroom scale except, one day, I decided to look out my window, so I stepped up on the scale to get a better look. I glanced down and saw that I weighed 190 pounds. I thought this couldnt be right. I pulled the scale away from the wall, I checked the dials, and got back on the scale and, to my dismay, I still weighed 190 pounds 40 pounds overweight. Sound familiar?

I was shocked. My friend asked, dont you wear jeans? Yes, I answered embarrassed, stretch jeans! I was totally unaware of my weight gain. I soon learned that I was occupying a body that wasnt in alignment with the life I wanted to live. I needed to create a new body that was up to par with the life I was seeking. This CD is a tool to help you create the body that will support you in the life you want to experience.

In addition to a hypnosis session, this CD contains a subliminal hypnosis track. Most people arent aware that they spend much of their day in a natural state of hypnosis. For instance, whenever you are deeply relaxed or highly focused, (like when you are driving your car, searching the internet, reading a good book, or even when youre engrossed in a T.V. show) your subconscious mind is open to suggestions. The subliminal track of this CD was designed to take advantage of this natural state and to assist you with your transformation while going about your day-to-day activities.

I know theres a lot of fear and negative beliefs around the idea of subliminal hypnosis. Nobody wants to be brainwashed, taken advantage of, overpowered, or controlled by another. Unfortunately marketing companies and sales departments are geniuses at using subliminal messages to influence people to their advantage. This isnt my goal. My intention is to empower you, to put you in control of your life, and to wash your brain, actually your subconscious mind, of negative or limiting beliefs that no longer serve you. In spite of the negative view, I wanted to create a subliminal hypnosis track that could be used as background music throughout the day. Our lives are busy so why not use the time we are in a natural state of hypnosis to our advantage. By the way, this music will really enhance your yoga practice, or other bodywork sessions. If you are unaware of why hypnosis is an effective tool for transformation, let me explain briefly. Your subconscious mind is like the software of a computer, and your conscious mind is the input. Your subconscious mind takes everything literally and puts into action whatever the conscious mind says, or thinks. Listening to a hypnosis program it is a way to upgrade your software. I highly recommend listening to the subliminal portion of this CD just before going to sleep. You will be in a light trance state and the subconscious mind has 6,7,8,9, hours to get a jump-start on the new programming before your conscious mind wakes up again!
