Description
I live with two teens and a toddler and I wish that I had this CD when my older children were young, but better late than never, I suppose.
What I love about The Journey on this CD is that it helps bring the fun back into parenting. The Journey starts as you enter a river of healing water. You are encouraged to surrender into the flow of the life you are sharing with your children. Then you begin climbing up an amethyst mountain and with each step upward you let go of fear and bring in love. Once you get up top of the mountain you meet the spiritual council of your family and you can discuss any difficulties you may be having or you can ask for advice and guidance in raising your children. For me, its brought more peace and joy into my life as a mother.
In the journey, we use the location of Ground Zero, the former location of the World Trade Towers, because it is a location to which anybody in the world can feel connected. It is not my intention to cause any additional pain and suffering. Spirit explained to me that this is a location where both love and fear exist. I am choosing to hold the vibration of love rather than fear. I honor the lives of those courageous souls who gave humanity the gift of their lives we cant waste it. I believe it is our mission to heal the fear (which is terrorism) in our world so we can move more deliberately into a world of love and light. When we do that, we will live with more peace, joy, and harmony butit all begins from within first.
Theres an additional track to this CD that re-enforces the journey, and uses subliminal hypnosis to help you bring change into your life. Most people arent aware that they spend much of their day in a natural state of hypnosis. For instance, whenever you are deeply relaxed or highly focused, (like when you are driving your car, searching the internet, reading a good book, or even when youre engrossed in a T.V. show) your subconscious mind is open to suggestions. The subliminal track of this CD was designed to take advantage of this natural state and to assist you with your transformation while going about your day-to-day activities.
I know theres a lot of fear and negative beliefs around the idea of subliminal hypnosis. Nobody wants to be brainwashed, taken advantage of, overpowered, or controlled by another. Unfortunately marketing companies and sales departments are geniuses at using subliminal messages to influence people to their advantage. This isnt my goal. My intention is to empower you, to put you in control of your life, and to wash your brain, actually your subconscious mind, of negative or limiting beliefs that no longer serve you. In spite of the negative view, I wanted to create a subliminal hypnosis track that could be used as background music throughout the day. Our lives are busy so why not use the time we are in a natural state of hypnosis to our advantage. By the way, this music will really enhance your yoga practice, or other bodywork sessions. Give it a try!
If you are unaware of why hypnosis is an effective tool for transformation, let me explain briefly. Your subconscious mind is like the software of a computer, and your conscious mind is the input. Your subconscious mind takes everything literally and puts into action whatever the conscious mind says, or thinks. Listening to a hypnosis program it is a way to upgrade your software. I highly recommend listening to the subliminal portion of this CD just before going to sleep. You will be in a light trance state and the subconscious mind has 6,7,8,9, hours to get a jump-start on the new programming before your conscious mind wakes up again!
Michael Roser created the incredible music for this project. Under the music, in addition to the positive suggestions given to your subconscious mind, Ive chanted the Karuna Reiki symbols, which bring in helpful spiritual healing energies. On top of the subliminal suggestions, and the Karuna Reiki symbols, Ive added another track, which assists with removing negative imprints and safeguards against any additional imprints from developing in the future. The combination of the soothing and relaxing music, the subliminal suggestions, the Karuna Reiki symbols, and the imprint removal affirmations creates a rich environment for you to step into the flow.
Who am I?
As I already mentioned, I live with two teens and a toddler. Like most moms Ive struggled through the learning curve of raising children. Im still learning, still experiencing growing pains, but laughing a lot more now that Im making more of my decisions from a place of love rather than fear.
