Description

Living with teenagers inspired me to create this CD. I wanted to offer teens a tool to help them step into their power and to remember their limitless potential. The material on this CD encourages you to become the Master Creator of your life the greatest masterpiece of all. Although, this CD was created for teens, it is appropriate for people of all ages.

I love this Journey. Its a trip! It begins with you painting in 3D using paints and brushes. You step into your masterpiece as you continue to paint. Its wild! Once you become comfortable creating with paint you then begin painting with mind-paint with statements like Im stupid and Im brilliant. This journey helps you understand the power of your mind and your spoken words in creating the life you are living. If youre unhappy with any part of your life check out this CD.

In the journey, we use the location of Ground Zero, the former location of the World Trade Towers, because it is a location to which anybody in the world can feel connected. It is not my intention to cause any additional pain and suffering. Spirit explained to me that this is a location where both love and fear exist. I am choosing to hold the vibration of love rather than fear. I honor the lives of those courageous souls who gave humanity the gift of their lives we cant waste it. I believe it is our mission to heal the fear (which is terrorism) in our world so we can move more deliberately into a world of love and light. When we do that, we will live with more peace, joy, and harmony butit all begins from within first.

Theres an additional track to this CD that re-enforces The Journey, and uses subliminal hypnosis to help you bring change into your life. Most people arent aware that they spend much of their day in a natural state of hypnosis. For instance, whenever you are deeply relaxed or highly focused, (like when you are driving your car, searching the internet, reading a good book, or even when youre engrossed in a T.V. show) your subconscious mind is open to suggestions. The subliminal track of this CD was designed to take advantage of this natural state and to assist you with your transformation while going about your day-to-day activities.

I know theres a lot of fear and negative beliefs around the idea of subliminal hypnosis. Nobody wants to be brainwashed, taken advantage of, overpowered, or controlled by another. Unfortunately marketing companies and sales departments are geniuses at using subliminal messages to influence people to their advantage. This isnt my goal. My intention is to empower you, to put you in control of your life, and to wash your brain, actually your subconscious mind, of negative or limiting beliefs that no longer serve you. I felt this method would be most effective for teens. The voice of an adult is in your ear all day long and I wanted to give you a break while your subconscious mind still listens. Also, our lives are busy so why not use the time we are in a natural state of hypnosis to our advantage.

If you are unaware of why hypnosis is an effective tool for transformation, let me explain briefly. Your subconscious mind is like the software of a computer, and your conscious mind is the input. Your subconscious mind takes everything literally and puts into action whatever the conscious mind says, or thinks. Listening to a hypnosis program it is a way to upgrade your software. I highly recommend listening to the subliminal portion of this CD just before going to sleep. You will be in a light trance state and the subconscious mind has 6,7,8,9, hours to get a jump-start on the new programming before your conscious mind wakes up again!

Michael Roser created the incredible music for this project. Under the music, in addition to the positive suggestions given to your subconscious mind, Ive chanted the Karuna Reiki symbols, which bring in helpful spiritual healing energies. On top of the subliminal suggestions, and the Karuna Reiki symbols, Ive added another track, which assists with removing negative imprints and safeguards against any additional imprints from developing in the future.

NOTE TO PARENTS:
I know that out of love for your children you want to keep them safe and you might be reluctant to use this product. I want you to know I too am a parent of teens and I created this CD with nothing but the welfare of our children in my mind. Understand that kids today are subject to an abundance of subliminal messages, and pick up a lot of negative limiting thoughts from the world around them. There is nothing wrong with using subliminal hypnosis provided you are aware of it. For your peace of mind I wrote every suggestion down in the booklet.
