Description
Credited with bringing the "Country Rock" sound to the Oklahoma City area and with vocals like Crosby Stills and Nash, Fat Sow was popular from Oklahoma to Colorado.Their new CD "The Feeling of Way Back When" is an eclectic collection of nine originals which captures their sixties sounds with a blend of Bob Dylan and Buffalo Springfield, with a little bit of country twang thrown in.
Formed in 1968 by three musicians from Oklahoma City, Keith Brewer ,younger brother of Michael Brewer(Brewer and Shipley), Terry Dearmore, who later wrote for and recorded three albums with the Nashville group "Barefoot Jerry" in the 1970's and Philip Reimer a singer/songwriter who recorded in Nashville. The group disbanded in 1970 but reformed in 2003 by special request and has been recording and performing for their long time fans ever since.
