This is a good CD. The musicianship is excellent, and the songs are well crafted and compelling; diverse enough to keep you entertained from start to finish. You know, it may be ignored, but it won't go away.

Description
I'm just one man with a passion for writing and recording music. That's it. Yes, I've done all the required gigging with different bands but Ive found that I'm most happy being independent. That affords me the opportunity to delve creatively into anything I want. I don't have any interest in "making it" or becoming a big star. I just want to find my audience and, hopefully, make a living at this love of mine! Is that asking too much!?
This new CD, "Ten Notes From Home" is a collection of songs I've written over the last year, or so. It's a very eclectic offering that features 2 different vocalists on two songs: Jon Kolb on "Real," a smooth R&B tune utilyzing his very soulful voice; and Katherine Shaw on "When You Left This World," an acoustic, greiving type song sung beautifully and passionately by Ms. Shaw. The rest of the songs are pretty much rock-based, covering many different moods. Please give a listen, you might like this stuff!
