Description
John (Jake) Jacobs helped form the Bermuda Folk Club in the sixties, performed on two albums with the folk group Cornucopia in Maryland in the eighties, and has been playing music ever since. He performed with Holly Williams for ten years in Colorado and they produced a Celtic album Tried and True in 1998. With Holly and others, Jake produced an old time album Dancing Down the Moon in 1999, a Christmas album Turning of the Year in 2000, Celtic albums Celtic Gold in 2002 and Purple Heather in 2004. Jake produced his first solo album, Celtic Isles in 2006 with guest artists.
