Description
Ayodeji Fakunle born in Lagos Nigeria is the son of Samuel and Grace Fakunle. He has two siblings, an older brother named, Aaron and a younger sister named, Rachel Fakunle. At age four, he moved to the UnitedState with his family. At age nine, Ayodeji discovered his God-given talent when he wrote his first free-style rap.
In 2003, he wrote his first song at The Apostolic Church Witness Rally in Washington, D.C. He has gone on to write multiple songs for the Witness and Women Movement in The Apostolic Church in WashingtonD.C. Ayodeji has performed at The Apostolic Church in Newark, New Jersey, Divine Revelation Church of Christ in Raleigh, North Carolina, and Grace of God Ministries International in Bladensburg, Maryland. Ayodeji is nicknamed "Lil Ayo" to separate confusion between him and his older brother who also go by Ayo. His musical influences include artist such as: Sunny Okosun, Bone Thugs 'n' Harmony, and Kenny Rogers.
Ayodeji graduated from the University of Maryland Eastern in May 2002 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He is currently pursuing his MBA in Accounting at the University of the District of Columbia. Furthermore, Ayodeji enjoys video games, watching football, and hanging out with his family and friends. Ayodeji plans to deliver the message of Jesus Christ to all parts of the world through Gospel Rap.
