Description
After a hiatus of about 25 years (I changed careers there for a while), I returned to my bliss a little over a year ago and started blowing the dust off my old studio gear and adding some new equipment. I began summoning the Muse back into my life, spent some time in meditation, and some more time under headphones. The result of that process is this album. I hope you enjoy it.
Apparently, the reviewers at New Age Reporter like the CD. Here are a couple excerpts (you can read the full reviews at www.newagereporter.com):
"The CD is well performed and produced Everything here is accessible and enjoyable from the get go" [Bill Binkelman]
" offers a mix of electronic and contemplative tunes that are very palatable a good balance of liveliness and feeling" [RJ Lannan]
"The serene New Age tracks are the album's strengths: "Peace at Sea," the nine-plus minute ode to the ocean with its waves of strings and opening water sounds, and the two ambient tracks, "New Day Dawning" and "Big Planets," with their broad and pastoral orchestrations all top the list" [Peter Manzi, Songs from the Ground Up]
This album reached the #1 spot on the New Age Reporter Top 100 List (July 2006)
