Description
Mystic Harmony is a trio of musicians based in Northern Virginia who play Celtic-influenced folk music. Our songs combine both old and new melodies with words that offer inspiration and comfort to the listener. Celtic melodies seem to illuminate feelings of joy and suffering, unrest and peace. Listening to the bending and bittersweet notes, the mix of minor and major keys, we are ultimately lifted up by music that touches the heart and soul. The meditative nature of Mystic Harmony's music has a special appeal to those in need of hope and healing. We hope our music will inspire a sense of mystery, wonder, and connection.
Mary Anne Brundage (lead vocals, harp)
Janet Booth (flute, whistle, harmony vocals)
Janice Mawson (keyboards, harmony vocals)
"At times our own light goes out and is rekindled by a spark from another person. Each of us has cause to think with deep gratitude of those who have lighted the flame within us." Albert Schweitzer
