This is the tradional music of the Puyallup Tribe; American Indians of the Northwest Coast Canoe Nations. The lyrics are all in the Southern Lashootseed dialact of South Puget Sound native tribes. The music features hand drums and powerful vocals. Proceeds from this CD benefit the Puyallup Canoe Family and the quest to restore their traditonal culture.
