The album begins with the rhythmic pulse of Tryin To Have A Good Time, reminiscent of the 60s soulful classics where music was considered verve; and concludes with the compelling Gimme Love (both a result of Bons collaboration with soul legend Gene McDaniels); these tracks set the tone for the album.
