Description
Based in Newport Beach, CA and the Boston area, I have been pushing a pop/rap/rock/dance/acoustic synthesis in my last four CDs, LINEAR LOVE, THE VANILLA WORLD VIEW CD, DANCE IT FORWARD, and EMERGENCE. ARCHIPELAGOS, a tropical/pop/Latin/world/rock/jazz workaround, is a push towards a new musical continent, not merely a genre. I've spent a year in the Mediterranean and another year in Central/South America enjoying the musical progressions there, but also seeking and exploring the deeper questions and the way they are resolved. The culture of the islands is unique in that it is sensuality itself, rhythm itself, but it also has a spiritually expansive core. If you're tired of the anger and the rebellious posturing in music, and you want to get back to Love and Sensuality, you've come to the right place....
Your thing may be business, or it may be musicianship, or it may be production, or it may be stagecraft. Mine is content, composition, the songs themselves, and morphing our music into something new and exploratory.
