High energy, and full of optimism, the disc introduces us to some new character sketches such as Molly Mallone and Poor Old Jack. The opening track Egypt shows us that Scott Von can lay down the groove, and with songs like Next World and Depend On This we get the rock-n-roll that can only come from a stripped down power trio.
