I do like a challenge...
I grew up listening to Elvis Presley. I also grew up listening to a lot of European music. It was only natural that once I developed my creative skills, that I would tackle an album such as Elvis Revisited.
I know that countless millions of fans around the world still love Elvis and what he did with his music. Second generation fans are in full effect, even though we never knew the guy when he was alive. The music will live forever.
I truly hope that my "tribute" and vision for these songs is accepted and enjoyed. Making these versions and revisions was not a task taken lightly. When songs that live for decades after the original artist has passed, it's hard to simply "do a cover" version. I had to create them in my own way.
So Volume 1 is here for all. There may never be another, but who knows. The creative process takes us all over the place.
I truly hope Elvis fans enjoy this album.
