BELIEVE IN HOPE
This CD began as a reflection of the journey of Mary, Mother of God. As it unfolded, it revealed itself as a surprisingly layered and personal experience of prayer for me, a recognition of Marys belief in Hope, and how it sustained her. I began to discover comfort in her compassion, understanding, sorrows and joys of being woman, mother, daughter, friend, and all the complexities and blessings each role brings to the heart. Marys grace renewed my faith and desire to rejoice in the gift that we all share the gift of Hope, and the life it brings.

UCMVA Nominee, New Artist of the Year 2003, Veronica has shared her gifts in music ministry for most of her life. Beginning as a choir member and chamber singer, Veronica became Cantor for ten years at St. Thomas Parish in Riverside, California. While serving there, Veronica also Co-founded the Women of the Well womens ministry in 2000. Her debut CD, Veronica Morrissey Songs of Prayer, a collaboration with long time friend and mentor Gary Owens, and producer J. D Stewart, was released in October of 2000.
