Description
Welcome to the new niche sound that is ambient industrial. It is the sound of your steel works having a coffee break. The copper ore strip mine having a quick cheese and onion pasty inbetween wrecking the ecosystem. The nuclear physicist decieding to give up splitting the atom into ever smaller particles and possibly collasping the universe in the process to take up a career in tree surgery.
I think you get an idea. When I write my music I am thinking along lines that one of the biggest contridictions of the modern world is, maybe just maybe, it does actually work after all and there is peace to found amongst the audio armageddon that is the technological society we live in.
This EP is an attempt to find that peace while still realising that darkness is all around us.
MY PERSONAL HISTORY: After years of bouncing around the music scene on the fringes doing varied jobs like DJ, sound engineer, keyboard player and even motorcycle courier, I have taken the plunge to distribute my own music.
I'm heavly influenced by the early electronic bands like Kraftwerk and industrial/techno bands like front 242, aphex twin etc ... mixed in with the over tones of my obsession with drums. Well drum machines to be specific and things that go clank!
Peace
