BIOGRAPHY
________________________________________

A Music Scholarship recipient, Rancourt attended the 'Bach Academy for the Performing Arts'
in her teens. Rancourt has since made her mark as an artist, including speaking as an Advisory Panelist alongside with SOCAN, CMRRA, and other various Industry Leaders representing the Music Industry, advising aspiring musicians and songwriters.

After dedicating the past few years to writing
for various projects, Rancourt has finally released her long anticipated 2006 Skin & Bone CD.

As a performer, she exudes a combination of high energy, emotive intensity, and a natural interactive relationship with her audience. As Headliner at Windsor Pride, and at the Womens Support of York Region (Take Back The Night Event), Rancourts ability to connect with people is apparent.

As a songwriter, Rancourt has established a well respected reputation for her ability to write various genres and cross-genres. Rancourt is both malleable and structured and this is an obvious strength in her work as a songwriter. Nancy is currently working on songs themed toward various topics of value and interest.

Rancourt is also considering releasing a youth-targeted release in the future, to respond to requests from fans ages 8 to 16.
