Description
Sizzle, from a small town in Kentucky(Turners Station) is trying to become the first from his area to become big time in the music scene. Through local promotion, samples, and word of mouth, hundreds of cd's have been slipped into hands of skeptics and critics and everytime they come back with "I can't believe that's you." The album is a story of life and the many obstacles one must jump over to get in a stable position in life. For years pre-judgement has plagued artists and people in general. Looks can be deceiving therefore you can't always read a book by the cover. Rap sometimes can be monotonous and all you ever hear about is money and who the rapper is bangin'. This album is something different. It has songs for everyone, male or female.
For this album Sizzle has enlisted Danger Dan, a clear channel dj from Louisville to produce the bulk of his music. Together with long time friend Tractor, Sizzle, and Dan have mixed together a well thought out, and original album. Just listen for yourself, don't be the last person in your town to have the new cd Sizzle "The Awakening." For 5 years Sizzle has been spreading the word, and now it's time the world hears what he has to say. 20 tracks, and 65 minutes of music. It's a bargain for anyone who's a fan of underground rap.
