Description
Hmmm ... who am I? I've had a great life. Rooted in a great childhood with lots of most excellent memories. And, now, I think about tomorrow and live for today. 1963: Born in Yarmouth, Nova Scotia, Canada. 1971: Moved to Wainwright, Alberta ... a small military town on the Praries. 1980: Back to Nova Scotia, this time in Dartmouth. 1985: Graduated with Bachelor of Computer Science from Acadia. 1987: First marriage. 1988: First divorce. Moved to Calgary. Embarked on a career in the Canadian accounting and tax software industries. 1990: Released "Dewlap" ... my first recorded album. 1991. Second Marriage. 1995. Co-founded software company. Released the CD "Yeah". 1998. Daughter born. CD releases of "Optic Frog Sessions," "Temporarily Jaded" and the instrumental (and popular) CD "Echo." 2000. Software company sold to Intuit where I continue to work. 2001: Ran 6 triathlons, including a half-ironman. 2002: 2nd Divorce. 2003: Met girlfriend ... two years later she passed away quickly and unfortunately. 2005: CD releases of "Fields of Yellow" and the accompanying instrumental CD "Echo2" 2005: Met my terrific Seattle girlfriend who I'm going to marry in 2007 and live forever with (he said, dangling participily). 2006: I'm on MySpace ... www.myspace.com/opticfrog ... or my website www.opticfrog.com. *WHEW* I'm forever grateful that I keep doing my music. Thanks for listetning. Keep on rawkin' on...
