Composer
Arlon E. Ober Mr. Ober currently handles music and post-production for the Talk of the Town television show and wrote the music score for the shows catchy tune, which has received much audience recognition. Mr. Ober has been president of Logo Music Ltd. since 1976. His accomplishments include the composition and music supervision for the following: the hit motion picture Eating Raoul for 20th Century Fox; the Embassy Pictures film Crimewave directed by the noted Sam Raimi; various television episodes of CBS Storybreak, in affiliation with Southern Star Productions; the 85 episode television series Robotech for Harmony Gold Inc.; the television series Animals of Africa; and two Academy Award short films. He has also conducted the London Philharmonic Orchestra for the film In the Shadow of Kilimanjaro and guest conducted at the Burbank studios for numerous motion picture composers. Mr. Ober holds degrees in both film and music from Boston University, as well as additional studies at Harvard University, New England Conservatory, and American Conservatoire in Fountainbleau, France where he studied with renowned composition expert Nadia Boulanger.
