BY ROWDY CREEK, the 7th album and 2nd CD recorded by jazz pianist/composer Beverly Ritz, is the ultimate palette of music for dreaming.....Even before the first copies of this collection of lovely, pensive melodies became available for the public, radio stations from San Diego to Syracuse and from Japan to Norway have been lining up to broadcast this music.....This is Beverly's first project in a 16-track digital recording studio, playing a 6'7" Gulbransen grand piano. It is definitely Ritz's best work, displaying a passion and muscularity never heard before. Recent fans have compared her to Marian McPartland and McCoy Tyner.....As summer of 2006 fades into fall, Beverly is scheduling concerts in jazz venues, educational facilities, and performing arts centers.
