Description
Once upon a time the earth was a gigantic cloud of hot gas. Sometime later there were dinosaurs, then truckstops and then cellular phones. And sometime after that j.kleinberg realized that he was playing music and giving fiddle lessons in San Francisco and that things hadnt changed much since the cloud of hot gas because things were still constantly changing. More recently j.kleinberg has put out a new album called The Sadness You Feel Will Make You Real and toured Europe in the fall of 2006. His first album, Must Have Fun was originally self-released in 2003 and then released through Keep Recordings. He also plays in a rock band called 86theband and has played and recorded violin with a variety of bands around San Francisco including Our Lady Of The Highway, The Pine Box Boys, Diegos Umbrella, Rico Bell(of the Mekons) and Beulah. In 2005 he completed a soundtrack for a full length documentary "Gumby Dharma" about Art Clokey, the creator of Gumby. j.kleinberg has written this bio in the third person but, as with most things, is unsure why, though he is at this moment feeling thankful for everything, including the fact that you have read this far.
