Description
Firefly, the highly anticipated full length debut from Peppertown, is a unique blend of alt-country rock infused with a slight Bruce Hornsby meets John Mellencamp flare. Deep veins of blues and 70s rock come through strong, balanced by a modern cutting edge feel and production. Strong hooks and infectious melodies have you singing along by the second chorus.

Since forming the group, Peppertown has made a name for itself around the midwest. In May 06 the group released a self-titled EP that remains on the radio charts and has introduced Peppertown to most of the midwest and southeastern United States. Over the last year Peppertown appeared on Fox 19 in the morning (Cincinnati) and performed at many regional festivals, fairs and clubs. The highlight of summer was being an invited to perform Take me out to the ballgame for the Cincinnati Reds.
Peppertown formed in late 2005 when (drummer), Brian DeBruler and (percussionist), Michelle DAmico, former rhythm section of Pure Grain, joined forces with (vocalist), Scott Siefferman and (guitarist), Ryan Baker of the acoustic duo Peppertown After 3 bass players the group has finally found their groove with friend, Artie Chaney.
