Description
Ralf's chameleon abilities on the guitar mean you could see him at any number of venues, playing any kind of music. He was drawn to music by Blues and R&B, started playing Hard Rock in his native province of Ontario, toured Canada playing Country and leads the Jazz recording ensembles Terrain(2CDs Terrain & Time To Travel) & Manic Thematic Trio (2 CDs Manic Thematic & Say Yes).
EST 1968 features 10 of Ralf's original compostions in quartet format that highlight his musical influences. This is Ralf's tribute to all of the great artists that influenced his musical growth.
Joining Ralf on EST 1968 are keyboardist Chris Andrew, drummer Rob Vulic, bassist Richard Erickson as well as guest performances by saxophone great Jim Brenan, blues harp by Richie Pollack & trombone by Paul Ashwell.
