Description
Relaxation 101 was born out of requests from clients the techniques used with them in sessions with Karen Kallie. Karen, M.A.C.P., R.N., C.S., received her nursing degree from Massachusetts General Hospital and her Masters in Counseling and Psychology from Lesley College. She is also certified in Mind-Body Medicine, Ericksonian Hypnosis, Interactive Guided Imagery, Reiki, Therapeutic Touch, and Quantum Psychology. She has more than 25 years of experience in integrating mind-body medicine into nursing, psychotherapy and stress management, bringing a dynamic synthesis of Eastern and Western approaches to her practice.
The music was created by Tony Pace whose research, training and natural instinct of music and its effect on the human body gave him the ability to create pieces which encourage brainwave patterns to further help people reach the deep levels of relaxation that help with healing, clearing of the mind and restoration of the spirit.
These programs have been tested over the years and marketed to clients and friends. Uses of these programs have included:

Use to replace blood pressure medication
Use for avoidance of anxiety/anti depressant medication
Use on the calming of out of control pets.

Both Karens message and presentation are so well done. She skillfully talks one into feelings of ease and yet with a sense of power over your own life. The choreography with the music is phenomenal. I find the meditation is both relaxing and inspirational in ways I didnt know were possible. This is a wonderful CD!
