Larry D. White thought there was some unfinished business left in the Studio after finishing Alma del Fuego . He returned from the IAJE conference in NEw York City in January of 2007 with a vision of an all Jazz instrumental Cd for Funky Mustard . Feel the essence of Herb Alpert & the Tijuana Brass ring through this Alternative Jazz Cd , as well as flavors of Donald Byrd , and Pat Metheny . Heavely influenced by Houston Tx own KTSU 90.9 Fm Jazz in all its Colors , The Band returned to the Studio in January of 2007 for what would become Funky Mustards first Alternative Jazz Cd .
