Description
Finally a "best of" all instrumental albums Suzanne Doucet has recorded over the past 25 Years. Considered being one of the foremost experts and pioneers of the new age music genre, Suzanne has continuously pushed the envelope and contributed creatively to expand the genre that is now known as "new age music". She recorded in 1970 a now legendary Cult-project called "Trip, Flip Out, Meditation" and continued on that path with Soundtracks for Film and TV in Germany but also with music for guided meditation and after starting her own record label in 1980 she released several of her own but also new age albums by other artists such as Al Gromer Khan, Christian Buehner, Karl Schaffner, Peter Davison, Jessie Allen Cooper, Tajalli and Cristaal. Suzanne moved to California in 1983 and opened up the first new age music shop in Hollywood. She produced international music conferences and concerts and started a label in the USA called Beyond. She helped numerous artists in Europe and in the USA to establish their music but she also continued producing her own music. Her latest credits include 50 CDs with Nature sounds and Nature sounds and music and the top ten charting album RESONANCE in collaboration with Gary Miraz and TANTRA ZONE with legendary percussionist Tajalli. On her anthology album AS IT IS NOW one can find examples of her musical evolotion including a bonus track that was actually never released but incorporates a recording from ZWEISTEIN that was edited and mixed in 1979 called "Journey to Istanbul."
