Description

I grew up in Canada, graduating with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Marketing/Consumer Studies in 1996. During my college years, I taught aerobics at an all-female gym and gained my personal training certification from a 6-week intensive training program in Maui. I loved the Island life! An opportunity to work as an aerobics instructor, personal trainer and fitness promotions coordinator at a gym in Bermuda presented itself to me and I've been living here ever since. I moved away from teaching aerobics and personal training several years ago, and have instead focussed on my own training with a view to compete. At the same time, I have pursued further education and recently graduated with an Associates degree in Applied Nutrition.

This new venture is one I really adore. I have partnered with some of the best producers in the world for my debut cd, "Ravishing". It's a welcome exchange because as I love independent musicians, now I have a viable outlet to support them. My fans now have a warm introduction to music which they would not have been exposed too. Likewise, the artists continue to support my work in fitness and nutrition. Please take some time to sample the sounds and reach out to myself and all the artists on the compilation.
