Description
The concept of the cd "Enjoy the Journey" was developed while careening down the road, with two small children strapped snugly in their carseats, howling, whining or otherwise creating havoc. Fortunately the album was conceived before I owned a cellphone. It is challenging to pacify small children, drive a vehicle and write song lyrics at the same time, but it can be done!
This is an album that celebrates marriage, family, faith and most of all, the moment. I am thankful for this album because it taught me to treasure the present and to recognize that each stage of life is so fleeting.
Now those children are grown and in college. I continue to enjoy the journey, but it is a new journey now.
My hope and prayer is that this music will encourage you to celebrate the "now" and to be able to move into new stages of life with out feeling that you wasted the past.
This music is timeless and this album continues to be a favorite.
